How we work
Six steps. Two approval gates. One invoice.
The process is deliberately boring: clear agreements, documented preparation, and nothing moves without your sign-off. Here’s exactly what happens.
List
You submit your data inventory — systems used, years of records, data types, anything notable. Nothing is uploaded; this is a description, not the data. An NDA is available before you share anything detailed.
Scope
We match your inventory against active buyer demand and build a written proposal: indicative value range, proposed deal structure, and what preparation would involve. If we don't think your data will place, we say so.
Agree terms
A licensing agreement defines rights, uses and ownership before anything moves. You'll know exactly what is being licensed, to whom, and on what terms.
Prepare
We handle extraction, packaging and de-identification. Personal and sensitive information is removed or replaced before delivery, and the anonymisation process is documented. You never touch the plumbing.
Approve & deliver
Nothing moves without you. You review and approve the buyer, the scope and the final package. Only then is it delivered, under the agreed terms.
Get paid
Payment follows the agreed terms — some structures pay on acceptance, others on delivery milestones. Relicensing deals can turn a one-off sale into recurring revenue.
Your job: 30 minutes. Our job: everything else.
List your inventory. Answer scoping questions. Approve the deal. We do the sourcing, negotiation, licensing, extraction, de-identification, packaging and delivery — and you get paid against the agreed terms, with the option of recurring revenue on relicensing deals.
